About this Blog

I started this blog to keep track of all the new things I would do in 2008 (1 per day).  I didn’t make it to 365, so I am carrying on until I do.

  • hey, what about coming to Toledo to visit your cousin! Stay a weekend, and I can get a bunch of new things done for you in a new city…

  • Sorry I’ve been so tardy with hopping on the Cogs Blogs bandwagon.

First of all, I love it! Second of all, here’s a couple suggestions for trying new stuff:

    1) For one day, do not use any paper, eliminate waste. Use only cloth napkins, no paper towels, and procrastinate on work (i think you can handle that) so you don’t have to print anything – email everything. Not sure how this works for going to the bathroom….maybe you’ll have to rethink this one.

    2) Play tourist for the day in Chicago – take pictures of every place you go and post them!

    3) Start a chain letter – the real kind – through snail mail and see what happens…

  • Excellent blog, Shea. I look forward to seeing all the wicked awesome new things that you do in 2008! I added your link to my page! Thanks for the messages! Stay warm!

  • Hi Shay, very impressive, happy vd day!!!

  • Do you know the blogger for Cooking Hussy? They mentioned your name in it. Those recipes look amazing!

  • Yes, it’s Kateri. Check out my new thing #2, Miss Observant.

  • How do I get the “sites I often visit” on my page cuz? Can you help this novice blogger out?

  • You should put “Visit your ruggedly handsome cousin, and his beautiful new family ” up there, as well.

  • Shea—
Why have I not seen this blog before? You are bloody brilliant, my friend.

I think you should fake a foreign accent all day long one day–British preferably.
Or wear pearl earrings that each weigh 25 pounds- I think Kate R. has some you can borrow…
