#133- Old School

My sister recommended this new thing in the planning stages of this whole endeavor. It made me giggle.

I made a pineapple upside down cake.

You may have thought these cakes were extinct and only viewed through tattered ancient Betty Crocker cook books. Oh no. They are very much alive. I had a bit of an issue taking it out of the pan during the “flip”, but for the most part I was happy with it.  I used this recipe.

  1. And for the record – the fact that so few details are mentioned about the cake baking process makes me question whether or not you actually made this mo fo.

  2. Excuse me, Missy. I did bake it and will post the source of the recipe, and take a picture of my dirty dishes to prove it.. You people are never satisfied. Not enough frequency in postings, distrust in the validity of the entries, blahblahblah…..

  3. I wasn’t claiming “purchased”. I was thinking more along the lines of you frequent enough blogs that any Sam, Dick or Harry could have posted that creation on-line already.
